Ralawise do not issue tokens. You connect with the username and password you already use on their website, once API access is switched on for that sign in. Ask for it through Marketing Hub, Web Data, Customer API on their site, with your account number ready. They grant it per sign in, so a second person on the same account needs their own.
It asks about what you sell
Ralawise have no call that lists everything, so StockBoss turns your own shop into the questions: one request per product range you carry, not one per size. A shop with four hundred variations makes about a dozen requests.
Their quirks are handled
Ralawise sometimes answer with an informational message and a healthy reply code. StockBoss reads that for what it is rather than applying it as stock, so a strange morning on their side never becomes a wrong number on yours.

Match the products you already have to Ralawise codes. StockBoss proposes the matches, you confirm, and connecting changes nothing about a product except which code it follows.
