An FTP address and one glance at the columns.
Ask Prestige to set up stock access and they send an FTP address, a username and a password. They may also ask for your shop's fixed address so they can let it through, so have that ready if your host can give you one. StockBoss reads the file and proposes which column is the code and which is the stock, with three real values printed beside each, so checking it is a glance rather than a job.
An honest schedule
Prestige allow one update an hour, so StockBoss simply does not offer the faster intervals for them. A setting a supplier would refuse is a broken setting, and you will not find one here.
A bad file is refused
A half-finished download, an error page dressed as data or a file that shrank by half is refused, and your figures stay exactly where they were. An old number beats a wrong one.
Your products, connected
Match the products you already have to Prestige codes. StockBoss proposes the matches, you confirm, and connecting changes nothing about a product except which code it follows.
