What to send

Anything useful: a question before you buy, a bug with the page it happens on, a feature your shop needs, or a supplier file you would like us to check before you start. If something is broken, the URL of the page and a screenshot save a round trip.

Before you write

The documentation covers setup and the common questions for all three plugins. The demo store is a real shop you can click around, including the bundles, the option sets and a printed-to-order product.

Refunds and licences

Purchases and refunds run through Freemius, our merchant of record. The refund policy is 30 days, no reason needed.

BossMage builds WooCommerce plugins and is operated from the United Kingdom by Stefanos, who answers this inbox. Purchases are handled by Freemius as merchant of record, so they appear on your statement and handle billing questions and invoices.
